Becky Bortak (BB Compositions) is the creator of “My Online Retreat” which is a website designed for caregivers, or anyone, who is looking to find peace and tranquility in their lives. The site offers short breathing exercises, yoga poses, and original meditations; and is set up so readers can take a 5 minute retreat or an hour retreat or longer in the comfort of their own home. The site also includes original songs by Becky that are inspired from her journey of healing after the loss of her husband due to complications from ALS.
